Privacy Policy
How Satellite1 handles the information of visitors to pbn-workers.com. This policy applies to everyone who visits the site or contacts us.
01 Who we are
This website (pbn-workers.com) is operated by sole proprietor A. Ivanov (TIN 164492149360, OGRNIP 316169000109745), acting as the data controller. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have.
By continuing to use the site or by contacting us, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
02 Information we collect
The site itself is informational and does not host registration, subscription, or contact forms. We collect data in two situations:
- Information you send us. When you reach out through Telegram or email, we receive the messages and any contact details or information you choose to include (for example, your name, username, and the content of your enquiry).
- Usage and technical data. When you browse the site, standard server logs and our analytics provider record technical details such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of the visit.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data, and we do not require you to provide personal information to view the site.
03 Cookies and similar technologies
We do not set our own cookies for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking. Our analytics provider (see below) sets its own cookies and similar identifiers to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete these through your browser settings or a tracker-blocking extension.
The only technology we use directly is a single entry stored locally in your browser's localStorage under the key s1_consent, which simply records that you have seen our cookie notice. This value stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers.
04 Analytics
We use Yandex.Metrika to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Yandex.Metrika collects usage data such as IP address, device and browser, referrer, pages visited, and on-page behaviour. This may include session recording (Webvisor) and click-heatmap (Clickmap) features, which capture how you move through and interact with a page. The data is processed on Yandex's servers. For details on how Yandex handles this information, see Yandex's own privacy policy.
05 Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Responding to enquiries — to read and reply to messages you send us via Telegram or email.
- Operating and securing the site — keeping the site available and protecting it from abuse and automated attacks.
- Measuring and improving the site — analysing aggregated, largely de-identified usage statistics.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running, securing, and improving the service and in responding to people who contact us. Where analytics or similar technologies require it, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by blocking the relevant cookies. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
06 Sharing and third parties
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with service providers who help us run the site, and only to the extent needed:
- Yandex.Metrika — web analytics, as described above.
- Our hosting provider — stores server logs needed to deliver and secure the site.
When you contact us through Telegram, your communication is also subject to Telegram's own terms and privacy policy. We may disclose information where required to comply with a valid legal obligation.
07 Data retention
- Messages you send us are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted.
- Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider's policy, typically 30–90 days.
- Analytics data is retained according to Yandex.Metrika's standard retention periods.
- The
s1_consententry stays until you clear your browser data.
08 Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at …. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and no later than 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
09 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available at pbn-workers.com/privacy, and the effective date is shown at the top of the page.
